How we started

Over a decade ago, Jeanine transformed her passion and expertise into what has now become Sunset Dreams Property Services. Starting with only just a few clients and a small number of rental properties, Jeanine worked hard to build strong relationships with her clients and gain hands-on experience in every aspect of her work and business. Over the years, her dedication and vision has allowed Sunset Dreams to grow steadily and thrive to continue to grow and serve its clients with pride.

What began with a small portfolio of rental properties and a handful of clients has grown into a trusted, full-service property business, built on hard work, genuine relationships, and a consistently hands-on approach. Jeanine brings extensive experience in property management, real estate, renovations, concierge services, and holiday rentals. She is committed to delivering a dependable, personal service, treating every property with the same care and attention she would give her own. Known for her integrity, dedication, and attention to detail, Jeanine has built Sunset Dreams on trust and a clear understanding of each client’s individual needs. Clients value not only her expertise, but also the reassurance of working with someone who genuinely cares about their property and their experience. As Sunset Dreams continues to grow, Jeanine remains committed to the personal service and high standards that have defined the business from the start.

Emily Singh - Head of Concierge Services & Marketing

Emily is a bright, motivated, and enthusiastic young addition to the Sunset Dreams team. With a growing passion for the Real Estate and Property Management industry, she is eager to learn, develop her skills, and grow alongside the business. As a trainee in Property Management and Real Estate, Emily is gaining valuable hands-on experience across various areas of the industry. Alongside her training, she plays an active role within Sunset Dreams, serving as Head of Concierge Services and Social Media Manager In her role, Emily coordinates and oversees concierge requests, assists in creating memorable guest experiences, and manages the company’s social media presence and content. Her combination of enthusiasm, creativity, organization, and willingness to learn makes her a valued and developing member of the Sunset Dreams team.

Kimberly Haynes - Assistant Property Manager/Office Admin

Kimberly is a valued member of the team, working as Assistant Property Manager and Office Administrator. With a keen interest in Real Estate Sales, Kimberly is eager to expand her knowledge and develop her skills across the industry. Her strong attention to detail, and enthusiasm make her a valuable addition to the team as she continues to grow professionally with Sunset Dreams.

Steve Singh - Sales Consultant

Steve is the newest addition to the Sunset Dreams team, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. His extensive background, industry knowledge, and professional approach bring valuable insight to the team. As part of Sunset Dreams, Steve focuses on Property Sales, working closely with the team and clients to help them navigate the buying and selling process. His experience and expertise further strengthen our commitment to providing knowledgeable, personal, and professional service as the business continues to grow.
